Powhatan Accessible Community Center

Brandon and I have big dreams of making our town, Powhatan, and the world more inclusive and accessible! We hope to acquire some land and build an accessible playground, pavilion, and community garden! We also hope to build a laundromat/cafe since there is not any laundromats (or cafes) in our town or surrounding country towns!

We have started a non-profit, Growing Inclusivity, to provide job skills and gardening skills to people with disabilities and kids aging out of foster care. We submitted all our paperwork back in June and are still waiting our non-profit status paperwork, stay tuned!
